Following Brand DNAs

Track a competitor's entire ad strategy, from creatives and hooks to landing pages.

A single ad tells you what a competitor is doing today. A Brand DNA tells you how they think. When you follow a brand, AdLift pulls its ads from the Facebook Ad Library and keeps that profile updated, so you build up a picture of their whole strategy over time.

Inside a brand's page

Each brand has its own page with tabs that break their advertising down from every angle. Analytics is for the numbers, Creatives for the ads themselves, Creators for the faces they use, Hooks for their opening lines, Landing pages for where they send traffic, and the Timeline shows how it all changes. Near the top you will also see how many ads are active versus inactive, which is a quick read on how much they are testing right now.

The syncing state

When you first follow a brand, it needs a moment to gather its ads. During that time it shows Syncing, and the counts and creatives fill in on their own once it is done. This usually takes a few minutes, and there is no need to refresh the page. If it stays quiet, the brand may simply have very few public ads.

Brands you already advertise alongside are followed for you automatically when you connect Meta, so a lot of your most relevant competitors are waiting in Compass before you even search.
