I cannot see Campaigns, Analyse or Navigator
Why some sections are hidden, and how to get access to them.
AdLift shows different sections depending on your plan and your role, so two people can open the same workspace and see a different left bar. That is by design, not a glitch.
What everyone has
Every account includes Compass, the research section, and the Creative Cockpit for building creative. These are always there.
What depends on your plan and role
Campaigns, Analyse and Navigator are part of the higher plans, and some of them are limited to certain roles within a workspace. If one of these is missing, it is almost always one of two things:
- Your plan does not include it yet. Open Settings, go to Plans and Billing, and upgrade if you need the section.
- Your role does not have access. Ask your workspace owner or an admin to adjust your role.
Still not showing after a change
If you upgraded or your role was just changed and the section still is not there, reload the app. The left bar is built when the page loads, so a quick refresh lets the new permissions take effect.
